This is great. I didnt even know they made these until I saw them on here. My chiropractor told me traction is good for the health of your spine, but I didnt want to store an inversion table. This is perfect and so easy to store. It feels great on my neck.

This product certainly helps to keep your head in the right position, it does help, however, my problem is in my mid back I have since discovered. I would recommend it.

Needed to replace my inflatable cervical traction collar and I'm very happy with this one. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which compounds the 2 failed cervical spine surgeries I've had in the last 8 yrs. There are many times where I just cannot hold up my own head. (if you're familiar w/AS you'll understand). If anyone out there needs a cervical neck traction device, I HIGHLY recommend this one!

Arrived on time & does seem to help relieve the pain in my neck. Good traction. I've used it for about a week now., starting with 20 minutes once a day and now use in the morning and before bed. Has seemed to make a difference. I'm hoping with continued use my bulging C6 & C7 will completely stop pinching the nerve. After several days of use,I can turn my head which is a big improvement . I suppose it all depemds on what your condition is but for me I am very happy I purchased this.

My chiropractor recommended this because my hands were falling asleep (I don't have carpal tunnel). I have used it for three days and my hands are no longer falling asleep when I work at the computer. I got this particular one because it had better reviews than some less expensive ones but it seems worth it so far.

I have pretty severe cervical stenosis, and I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this. However, it's now my go-to neck pillow when I have a flare up. You can change the amount of air in the pillow very easily. The only downside is that you look embarrassing when you wear it, but if you have chronic pain like me, you're just not going to care! I usually only need to pump it 1/2 to 3/4 full. Great for watching tv, because that usually aggravates my neck issues. If I'm having a really bad day, I wear it around the house or when I'm on the computer. Upside: your kids will love to take snap chat pictures of you wearing it.

Unit is easy on/easy off which is why I decided on this type as opposed to neck hammock style. This allows you to sit in a chair and do what you want to do for the 20/30 minutes. Have used it about a dozen times (just got it recently) and it does stretch the neck plus you control how much pressure is applied.

My chiropractor has an expensive machine that does something similar to stretch your neck. He also will manually stretch my neck when I am on the table for a few seconds. I like the decompression, but I am really active and I can't travel to his office last minute. THIS DEVICE (as goofy as it looks) is magically. I seriously feel like I'm floating in air after a minute or less with this. I only need to use it once maybe every 2-3 days. I have started incorporating it into my meditation routine. It just feels nice to have the weight of your head lifted for just a moment.

I've had a pinched disk in my neck for years and this is an easy and effective way to alleviate some of the pain. In the past I have used an over the door type traction unit but it's bulky and inconvenient. I've only had this item about a week but have seen some considerable improvement in sleep, mobility etc. It's a bit uncomfortable to get used to (I suggest 5 minute increments to begin) and I would recommend guidance from a physical therapist or other medical bubba prior to use but it is absolutely a viable option for chronic neck pain. I'm leaving for a day of flights across country and plan to use this inflight for napping and to relieve the inevitable stress pain. It was shipped quickly (three days?) and rcvd in great shape. Would definitely recommend to anyone with neck pain secondary to injury or arthritis, but again, with some medical guidance first.
