This posture corrector seems to be of great quality. It's comfortable and easy to tighten/loosen. It has velcro straps that go around your waist as well as adjustable straps for your arms. I haven't used it long enough to determine how well it works but the quality is nice.

I purchased this back brace to help assist my wife & I after our weight loss. Years of carrying around extra pounds really messed up our posture and caused unneeded back pain. We tried different things on our own to correct our issues but we could never confidently keep our posture correct. Even after weight loss my wife had back pain, that is until we found this back brace. It was adjustable in the right places, and so far, as long as I've kept to the instructions and recommendations - it's been comfortable enough to add to my day without feeling like it's not doing anything. I can definitely tell a difference between what I thought was me standing up "straight" and what is actually standing up straight - real difference. I'm going to keep up with it (some of the exercises I'm so not ready for yet! ) because I think it will help my sciatica and I really think it's going to be preventative medicine as I get older.

So I just got mind yesterday and tried it this morning along with the 3 workouts it gives in the brochure. So far I am extremely pleased and very excited! I've dealt with back pain for many years and I'm only 24 years old and once I put it on I could definitely see a difference in my posture and how my overall back felt (which is relieved!) As simple as the workouts are I definitely felt the burn in my shoulders as I repeated the steps. I have a super tiny waist (seen in photos) so I was afraid the fitting would be off but no they really did do a great job making it super adjustable.

Pleased overall, makes more of a difference than I expected almost immediately! However I wish the underarm straps were made out of a more comfortable material. And because of how it fits me, the metal buckles are sitting right against my armpits which is not very comfy.

100% does the job. However, the material of the under-arm straps is irritable and cuts into your body. I'd recommend wearing a thin top under the brace.
